The Triad Senior Living Executive Management Team:

Triad’s Senior Management Team is comprised of dedicated health care professionals who have committed their professional lives to providing superior services to the patients/families they serve as well as the staff they hire, train and retain. Each member of the team leads by example, exemplifying Triad’s philosophy of “Exceeding the Expected” by creating a culture within the entire organization of a “Passion for Excellence”.

Adam Ashpes – President & Chief Executive Officer

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, the concentration of the 16 + years Mr. Ashpes has spent in Healthcare have been at the executive level in Nursing Home Management. Overseeing the construction and operations of multiple facilities, Mr. Ashpes has successfully operated 22 nursing facilities and related health care institutions in six states. While serving on the Board of Directors of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland and representing the interests of Mariner Post Acute Network on Capital Hill, Mr. Ashpes was involved in the creation of numerous programs designed to enhance and significantly improve operations for the benefit of the patients he served.

Prior to joining Mariner in September of 1997, Mr. Ashpes was the Vice-President of Quality Care Management; a Maryland based healthcare management and consulting company. Additionally, Mr. Ashpes, A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, served as Executive Director for a 156 bed nursing facility, which was consistently recognized as a superior nursing facility by the state of Maryland. While operating this facility, Mr. Ashpes regularly achieved superior results resulting in multiple “zero deficiency” Health Department Surveys while simultaneously achieving the highest level of patient, family and staff satisfaction.

As a recognized leader in Healthcare Management, Mr. Ashpes brings his passion and commitment to the workplace daily. His inspiring style and commitment to staff and patients drives the success of the facilities he is associated with.

Ronald M. Herbert Jr. – Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Herbert has over 20 years experience in the field of healthcare. For the past 10 years his focus has been on the Long Term Care/Sub Acute arena. He has held senior positions for three publicly traded national Long Term Care Organizations, most recently, Mariner Post Acute Network (MPAN). As an Area Vice President for MPAN, Mr. Herbert was responsible for providing the clinical direction and oversight for over 80 facilities in 12 states. His areas of expertise include Clinical Operations, Regulatory Management and improving and maintaining troubled buildings. Prior to his time with MPAN, Mr. Herbert was the Vice President of Clinical Services for Mariner Health. During his employment with Mariner Health, he was responsible for the provision of clinical direction and management of 45 facilities in 14 states. Prior to Mariner Health, Mr. Herbert was the Vice President and an Officer for Allegis Health Services, a Maryland based Long Term Care Provider. His responsibilities included clinical operational management and oversight of 8 facilities in Maryland. Mr. Herbert was Director of Medicare and Sub Acute Services for Solomon Healthcare Consulting, providing consulting services to skilled nursing facilities nationwide. He has also held several corporate roles with Integrated Health Services. Mr. Herbert is a Licensed Registered Nurse.

Glenn Beville – Controller

Mr. Beville has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience with the most recent six years in hospice and home health. He has held senior finance positions with two hospice/home health organizations each serving greater than 500 patients per day, most recently as Chief Financial Officer with the Hospice of Southwest Florida (HSWF). At the HSWF, his leadership responsibilities, in addition to treasury, finance and accounting, included patient admissions and census development, durable medical equipment operations, pharmacy operations and health information management. Prior to his hospice and home health experience, Mr. Beville served as controller for a publicly traded pharmaceutical research and development concern where his responsibilities included budget development, cash management and SEC reporting. His diverse career includes accounting and finance responsibilities with an organization with interests in oil and gas, timber, cattle, and real estate. Mr. Beville is a certified public accountant currently licensed in Georgia and Florida.

Charles B. Henderson – Regional Director of Plant Operations and Information Technology (“IT”)

Prior to working with Triad, Mr. Henderson, a Licensed Master Plumber, owned and operated a mechanical contracting firm in Maryland for over 20 years. With his considerable knowledge of general construction with a concentration in plumbing and HVAC systems, Mr. Henderson assures that the physical plants of every Triad facility are in superior condition. Additionally, Mr. Henderson maintains the IT systems for Triad Senior Living and its facilities.

Marcella Godwin – Regional Director of Finance

Marcella Godwin has brought to Triad over 14 years of experience in the Long Term Care industry, with the majority of her experience in Business Office System Implementation with a Sub Specialty in Staff Education and Training.

Prior to joining the Triad team in September 2003, Ms. Godwin was employed as a Regional Accounts Manager for Integrated Health Services, a publicly traded Long Term Care Provider where she had responsibility for the business office operations for 12 facilities over 4 states. Prior to IHS, Ms. Godwin was the Accounts Receivable Supervisor for Convalescent Services, a privately held Long Term Care Provider based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ms. Godwin’s enthusiasm and dedication to Triad and its mission to “Exceed the Expected” is evident daily and is echoed by the staff with whom she interacts.
